Impact Home Staging Experts, the largest, most experienced and fastest home staging service in Michigan, announced this week that it had established a new interior design division, called Impact Interior Design Service.
“The new division was initiated by frequent requests from home staging clients to help them with interior design challenges, as well as a recognition that there was a lack of simple, budget-minded interior design services available to homeowners and business in southeast Michigan,” said Darla Rowley, owner of both services.
The announcement was punctuated with an event at their headquarters in Troy, MI on Sat, Sep 11th. Present was a mix of realtors, homeowners and RE investors, all eager to understand the new expanse of services now available from a company that puts exceptional customer service at the forefront.
BROAD SCOPE OF SERVICES OFFERED
Impact Interior Design Services joins the Metro Detroit interior design community with a vast service offering. Options range from budget-minded selections, like helping solve the challenge of a single room, to full-service options, including spec’ing finish materials (flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, etc.) for new home builds and renovations. Their services include;
- Insta Restyle – A 3 hr service that includes two interior designers to help improve 1-2 rooms. Services are performed on the spot, with additional recommendations provided that the homeowner is most likely able to execute.

- STR (Short-Term Rental) Ready – From full-service design to budget-minded modifications, specifically designed for the highest level of appeal to short-stay and vacation travelers.
- Room To Go – Whether it’s a front room, family room or bedroom, they have fully styled rooms, complete with furniture, complimentary accents and more. Designed for those who aren’t interested in long wait times of custom ordered furniture. Also an ideal gift for new homeowners.
- Full-Service design –
- Pre-construction design – Whether an investor or individual homeowner, this service is designed to assure style, continuity and fit in your new or renovated space. They work with both customers and builders to assure design and budget align with tastes and can be executed perfectly.
- E-Design – A service for those who don’t desire in-person meetings, but want help in executing an exceptional design that reflects their personality and style.

Some of the services have fixed pricing and parameters, but most are priced based on specifics of the home and the requested scope of service. The Impact Interior Design Service division will stand as a separate entity and have its own website, at ImpactDesignService.com. It will, however, be accessible via that URL or the Impact Home Staging Experts website via a toggle nav option at the top of each site. This allows visitors to flip back and forth between the websites. It also creates brand cohesion, since exceptional customer service and flexible service offerings are a primary thread that drive the business approach for both divisions.
