We’re on a roll, and we’re growing fast. In fact, 2025 is already shaping up to be our biggest year yet.

Since January of this year our team has staged over 125 homes and, at this moment, we have a record-breaking 90+ homes in active staging across Southeast Michigan. That’s the most we’ve ever handled at once, and it’s a true testament to the power of smart merchandising, the dedication of an incredibly talented Impact team, and the depth and breadth of our inventory, which no other staging company can match.

Because yes, staging is merchandising. It’s about creating visual appeal, telling a story, and helping buyers fall in love with a space. We know staged homes sell faster and for more money, and we continue to invest in the inventory, logistics, and people that make that happen. Our ability to spotlight the unique potential of each home through thoughtful design is what sets us apart in the industry.

To support this momentum, we’ve expanded into a brand-new warehouse to store our ever-growing collection of stylish, on-trend furniture and decor, so we’re ready for every style, every price point, and every client. We continue to grow our collection of luxury furnishings and décor to better meet the needs of our realtor, builder, investor, and homeowner clients. Our extensive inventory was always a point of pride for Darla, and we intend to honor her by continuing to maintain the best selection of any staging company in Michigan.

But wait…there’s more! This expansion includes a new, dedicated interior design studio—a purpose-built space for our design team to collaborate, consult, and create. It will also feature a showroom for custom window treatments, one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. This isn’t growth for growth’s sake. It’s a strategic investment in the vision Darla created—and in the success of every homeowner, agent, and builder we partner with.
