Vacant Homes
Showing an empty home can have a very negative impact on both the speed and price of the sale. It lacks the emotional tug that is possible when it’s properly staged. Furniture and other key elements help bring to life the potential flow and function of the space, allowing potential buyers to have an emotional response that is rarely possible with an empty space. Additionally, every possible or perceived “flaw” is magnified. Most homes have them, but they are workable. A staged home shows how that is possible and makes the flaws nearly disappear.

Occupied Homes
Staging an occupied home is a different challenge and strategy. Since you still need to live and function there, we will work with a mix of existing furniture and accent pieces, as well as replacing or amending. Our choices will be based on your target buyer and the market where your home is.
